Collective Practices

Participating in group practice helps us to further our experience of Dzogchen, both individually and collectively. There are various methods of practice which are frequently used by the Dzogchen Community, the most regular of these being ‘Gana Pujas’ which take place four times a month. We also do many other essential Dzogchen practices together, such as ‘Guru Yoga’ as well as various Vajrayana practices. Collective practices include:

  • Long Life Practice of Mandarava
  • Green Tara - Guru Arya Tara
  • Twenty One Praises to Tara
  • Garab Gorje - Guru Yoga of the White 'A'
  • Semzin
  • Rushen - Six Loca Practice
  • Long Life Practice of Amitayus
  • Sang
  • Shitro
  • Chod
  • Jhana Dakini

In London, we do collective practices together on the last Sunday of each month.  There are also retreats dedicated to specific practices held at Kunselling each year. Please see our Events Calendar for details or contact your regional area.
